Decimals Forever

This video from Teachers TV observes mathematics teacher Jonny Heeley as he inspires a group of gifted and talented Year Six students with an interactive lesson on decimals.

Terminating and recurring decimals are explored using a variety of games and challenges to excite and entertain. The students are also helped to calculate and use Pi.

Jonny won The Guardian Award for Teacher of the Year in a Secondary School in the North of England in 2007.
