Sustainable enetgy is one of the forefrontal topics that is been addressed in terms of tackling one of the most vital topics for our survival, which is the Climate Change. As the population is rising so does the energy demands to cater to the requirements of the human population. The use of conventional non-renewable energy resources have impacted our lives for a decade. At present Engineers and Scientists are working hard towards the drive towards using more environmental friendly ,economical and socially accepted energy systems that shall be eco-friendly simultaneously supply the required energy demand for the human population. 

This presentation shall briefly introducted some developements in the renewable energy systems  that is being utilised as well as in development. How do they operate and their pros and cons have being highlighted.
