Evolution and Inheritance

The Draft Primary curriculum for Science  now contains a section on Evolution and Inheritance. This list contains resources to help teachers incorporate this area of learning into Key Stage 2  including:

A short animation where robots discover if there has been any evolution since the publication of Darwin's On the Origin of Species.

A hands-on activities pack, which illustrates the processes of natural selection.

Resources from the Charles Darwin Trust, which allow children to develop their enquiry skills and learn about how Darwin worked.
