Eggnaut
This is a good, practical activity requiring team work and problem solving skills.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to design and build a vehicle that will protect your Eggnaut from the perils of re-entry. The objective is to have your Eggnaut
survive the fall without a crack.
Mission to Mars
Good cross curricular activity. The task requires teamwork in so much as each group must have science experts, maths experts and technology experts. Each group are given specific tasks to complete.

Includes lots of ideas in which space could be used as a context for a variety of maths topics.

Lunar Math
There are a numner of tasks which cover a variety of maths topics listed at the beginning of the booklet. Good source of ideas but the format needs to be made more classroom friendly.

Useful, short video showing to what A levels in maths, physics and english can lead.
