Year Five/Six New Curriculum Maths

This collection of resources contains four detailed weekly plans for mixed-age classes of upper primary children. They cover aspects of place value, decimals, negative numbers, addition subtraction and money. A section for outcomes has also been provided, which can be used to record children who struggle with or exceed the objectives in each lesson. The plans, provided by Hamilton Trust have been designed to reflect the changes to content and pedagogy in the new National Curriculum 2014.

The Hamilton website also hosts a wealth of other free resources.
