IET Education maths resources

This resource collection, from the IET Education programme with support from MEI and Tomorrow's Engineers, contains a number of stimulating maths actives that give an insight into the real-life applications of classroom-based mathematics. The resources give students the chance to explore the mathematics behind a range of situations and technologies, using reasoning and problem solving to complete each task.

Each resource includes a presentation that introduces key concepts and a series of questions for students to explore. Each resource also include an activity overview with teaching ideas, discussion points, extension activity suggestions, answers and details of the curriculum content each activity covers.
