SMP 11-16: teacher's guide for 'A' booklets
This Teacher's Guide gives all the help needed to use the low attainers booklets and resource cards successfully. For each strand there is a flow chart to show how the work of the booklets and resource cards relate.
Each section starts by listing the main learning objectives of the booklet/card, the materials required and the language that may need explanation and practice. There is a section of notes about the places where teacher input is needed, either to check that the work has been understood before the pupil moves on, or to explain points that often cause problems. Then there may be suggested activities or notes about software that could be useful.
