How you can get involved with Number Day 2017

On 3 February 2017, the NSPCC’s national fundraising event, Number Day, will be taking place.

Number Day provides a fantastic opportunity to celebrate mathematics, as well as raise money for charity.

Taking place every year, there are plenty of ways to get involved. Whether you dedicate a full day to mathematics events or organise a variety of fun, mathematically-themed games to play during your STEM Club, every pound raised will go towards the NSPCC.

Getting involved is easy, all you have to do is sign up. Once you have registered, the NSPCC will provide your school with a range of activities and resources to ensure your Number Day is a success.

You will receive:

  • fundraising tips and ideas to help pupils and teachers raise money
  • mathematics activities for children of all ages
  • printed posters to promote your event
  • teacher resources to help you spread awareness across the whole school
