Activities

These activities include educational investigations, designed for science classes, and train like an astronaut missions, which are designed for physical education classes.

 

  • Physical activities

    Physical activities utilise the same body parts/systems as astronauts do in training and on missions in space. They help students develop strength, endurance, coordination and spatial awareness.

  • Scientific activities

    Scientific activities challenge students to investigate the underlying scientific principles of health and nutrition. They help students practice scientific reasoning and teamwork.
