Inspired by space: engaging girls in STEM

This guide supports educators in inspiring all children to enjoy activities relating to STEM subjects, in particular girls. It looks at statistics of women in STEM roles and introduces many female role models working in the space industry. It provides ideas for activities to support and embed learning in the STEM subjects and to help raise the science capital of all children. Though aimed at raising enjoyment and aspirations of girls, the guide provides support for all children.

This guide has been inspired by the work carried out by children and educators when using the Principia Space Diary. It has been provided by Curved House Kids.
