In addition, each pack focused on the acquisition of particular skills and introduced broader aspects of science or the environment.

Features of Pack 7
*Contexts: periodic processes on Earth; active remote sensing
*Science Content: linear and simple harmonic motion; plate tectonic theory
*Skills Emphasised: working in a group; numerical skills; interpreting evidence
*Broader Dimensions: studying extremes of size and time; the development of scientific models; the quantitiative nature of science.
