Are you worried about the time and effort wasted between science colleagues because of poor communication, misunderstandings, or a lack of mutual accountability and collective purpose?
This interactive session provides and works through many ideas you can take forward with the department team which you lead. It is all drawn from both a wide experience of schools and colleges and science departments of all sorts, and backed up by the research in team development interventions.
