Summary

Develop confidence in leading and teaching an outstanding KS1 primary science curriculum.  Reinforce your own subject knowledge and learn how to tackle children’s common misconceptions.

The two days will be spent exploring ways of bringing the KS1 curriculum to life through practical approaches to deliver subject specific content. You will also gain the confidence to apply age appropriate mathematical knowledge to science.

This course will enable you to plan and embed a progressive and engaging curriculum to meet the needs of the children.

This is a residential course, fees include meals and accommodation for the duration of the course.

• apply age appropriate mathematical knowledge to KS1 science
