This template should be used when you are establishing a subscription model, where for instance a school signs up to a series of activities as part of a package that the SLP is offering. Some examples might be:

• One flat fee per school for the year, for any number of teachers from that school to attend a particular network or series of workshops.
• One flat fee to attend X, Y or Z number of activities of their choice

You will then need to provide the school with the 100% discount code that is unique to the subscription model for them to use on an activity by activity basis, to be monitored by the SLP.
