North Midlands Computing hub and Amazing ICT are delighted to announce the Head Teacher & Computing Lead Conference 2023
entitled 'Right here, Right now'. The conference will look at innovative ideas linked to the technology of today.
Session titles include

Our two main speakers are
Beverly Clarke
A 2022 TechWomen100 Award winner and a leader in education. Beverly seeks to raise the outcomes for all through understanding, awareness of and access to technology.
Beverly is an education consultant, published author, coach, mentor, ambassador and trustee, with national and international experience of computing education. She will be bringing her new book ‘Self-Driving Car’ to the conference to discuss with delegates.
Phil Bagge
Phil is a Computing Inspector/Advisor working and CAS Computing Master Teacher. He was Involved in refining the 2014 Computing Curriculum through the BCS and CAS. He currently teaches computing science in two Hampshire schools. He is the author of ‘Crumble Creations’. He will bring his latest book ‘Teaching Primary Programming with Scratch: Research-Informed Approaches’ to the conference to discuss with delegates.
The conference will cover EYFS as well as KS1 and KS2.
