Required Practical investigation into the effect of a named variable on the permeability of cell surface membranes
Looking at the factors that affect permeability of membranes through the theory of the fluid mosaic model.
Session 3
Production of a dilution series of a solute to produce a calibration curve with which to identify the water potential of plant tissue
Using osmosis as our starting point look at different ways of transporting substances in and out of cells using something other than potatoes!!!!
