- Rivers and the water cycle: Learn about the source of our rivers, whether originating from melting glaciers or water held in the ground, as water is collected into tiny streams that grow and combine as they travel downhill. Find out about other aspects of the water (hydrological) cycle and the processes and, often dynamic, landscapes that are both part of the cause and effect of the cycle
