Summary
This first Network Meeting for the Greater Bristol area will run remotely initially, and focus on restarting Subject Leader Meetings in the area. It is a brief session to allow us the opportunity to discuss the needs of those in the area and future meetings. If you want to help us develop a vibrant and diverse network, please come along! It is anticipated that we will move to in-person meetings as the network builds.
The network aims to provide participants the chance for collaboration with peers so they can share information and develop as a leader. Expert consultants will help identify priority issues in teaching and learning and professional development for school teams. This strengthening of informal school-to-school support will create an effective network of information, advice and guidance.
Outcomes
You will:
- develop the teaching and assessment of working scientifically in your school
- develop your schemes of work/learning in order to enhance the teaching and learning of science in your school
