Summary
This workshop will demonstrate how a club leader can revitalise and maintain interest in an existing STEM Club. It will look at identifying how to bring added benefit to your club that supports the needs of the students, the school and you the club leader. The workshop will explore diversity and inclusivity, gaining support from colleagues and senior leadership, enhancing student engagement, and broadening the appeal of the club. By the end of the workshop you will know how to draft and implement a STEM club improvement plan that you can share with colleagues and senior leadership.
Who is it for?
This course is aimed at Secondary schools, Sixth Form and FE Colleges in England looking to revitalise and enhance an existing club. Suitable for experienced club leaders
