Understanding science in your school; how the curriculum should be sequenced with a focus on knowledge. 

The session will consider the development of science subject knowledge from EYFS to Y6, aligned with the national curriculum, identifying the roles of substantive and disciplinary knowledge.Outcomes.

The CPD session will start at 13:30, with refreshments and networking from 13:00.

By the end of this session, you will:

 

•be able to design your own science curriculum

 

•have a curriculum which shows clear progression from EYFS to Y6 for subject knowledge and which suits your school
