You are invited to come along for coffee, networking and free resources to take away that can be used in the classroom from KS2 to 5.
Who is the course leader?
Outcomes
Inspire your students to be the engineers of tomorrow. If you are already part of the London Royal Academy of Engineering STEM Network, come along! If you can't make it, send a colleague! If you are not part of the Royal Academy of Engineering London STEM Network, this is your chance to join - a free termly meeting of STEM teachers in London.
At this session we will revisit previous equipment provided by the academy. We have more Data Hive dataloggers to distribute to you. We have more Future of Flight boxes to hand out in case you missed out last time. We have procured a class set of programmable Crumble computers which we are able to loan out to your school.
One of the main focuses of this session will be to introduce our collaborative project and showcase how you can get involved.
We will also have a Q and A with a STEM Ambassador currently working in the industry and information on how you can get STEM Ambassadors in to your school.
This Free session will start with a networking coffee event from 16:00 to 16:45 to allow plenty of time for people to arrive from across London. The main session will run from 16:45 to 18:00.
