New and Aspiring Secondary Science Leaders RM298 / A44
A brand new network, bringing together teachers from across Hampshire and Dorset, providing the opportunity to discuss and examine the challenges and opportunities that leading in a Science department entails.
Throughout the duration of the year, the network sessions will provide an opportunity to discuss issues such as:
- Leadership styles
- Sharing a vision
- Management or Leadership
- Outstanding Teaching and Learning in Science
The sessions will be delivered by a range of facilitators, all of whom have experience of running their own Science department.
You will be able to:
- work collaboratively to identify priorities in science teaching, learning and leadership
