Workshop Topic: Picture Book Science - Does it Really Work?
Stories and picture books are fantastic for giving context to our teaching but can they be used to teach a concept? Join Jules for a whistle stop tour through the rationale for using stories in the classroom and the unique place of science picture books in improving dialogic talk and engagement.
This workshop is part of the East of England Online Primary Science Festival which runs from Monday 31st January until Thursday 03rd February 2022. All sessions will run from 4-5pm on Zoom.
