Do you know what maths in computer science looks like for pupils in schools from KS1 to KS5?
Do you need to be a mathematician to be a computer scientist at GCSE or A Level?
Gain an overview of maths and numeracy within the computing curriculum across all phases.
Examples of maths in computing:
Number bases and conversions: denary, binary, octal, hexadecimal
Massive numbers: Hz, MHz, GHz
Caluclating file size: data requirements
Simplifying Boolean equations (A level only)
