Summary
This CPD is designed to support people who are non-specialists to increase your subject knowledge confidence to maximise progression for students up to KS3. You will develop the key areas of background subject knowledge required to help support effective teaching and learning of physics up to Key Stage 3. You will explore ways of building student understanding, taking into account misconceptions and common issues in delivering these concepts.
Outcomes
You will be able to:
- develop an understanding of key concepts in Physics
- identify common misconceptions students may have
- investigate approaches to develop student knowledge and understanding
