Developing as secondary science teacher: Early Careers Teacher support package RN913 / A02
All sessions are based around key themes specifically to meet your needs as an ECT. Meetings are largely run as remote sessions so you can attend from school or home with a comprehensive range of topics as outlined below. This has been designed to provide information advice and guidance to improve the quality of teaching learning and practical work in your school.
There will be one face to face session to take place at the end of the academic year. All meetings are led by a science consultant to ensure that participants receive up to the minute information on science teaching and learning as well offering the opportunity to share good practice. In addition, you will be able to participate in a remote secondary science conference.
Participants will also be invited to join a STEM Community group, which enables ongoing discussion as a closed group, as well as providing access to the wider STEM Community platform.
