Summary
The Early Career secondary science network meetings are designed to cover aspects of teaching that new teachers to the profession find most challenging. All of the network meetings support aspects of the Early Career Framework. The meetings will provide contexts of the topics being covered, underpinned by the latest research and evidence, and will provide an opportunity for participants to share their own experiences and develop a support network.

Outcomes
Individual network meetings will have their own outcomes, specific to the content being covered. The network meetings will aim to:
- exemplify aspects of the Early Career framework
- provide participants with tools and strategies to deliver science effectively
- inform participants of the underpinning research and evidence as to why particular strategies are effective
- support participants through being part of a community
