If you are a technician responsible for a technical service this course will help you explore options on how to make you technical service more effective in providing key resources for your teachers and students. We will look at prep room policies and organisation techniques, how to improve your requisition system, chemical storage and the storage of equipment, prep room and ancillary storage layouts, time management and how to deploy your team or yourself to fulfil your role.
