Summary
Come and find out about STEM Ambassadors and be taken on a virtual tour of the Eric Wright Foundation new STEM resource: The Wright Site . This is a virtual, interactive construction activity and careers website that is run in a format similar to an ‘escape room’ – so students can find out information at the same time as developing their employability skills!
Hear from the people behind STEM in Lancashire and Cumbria and find out about the amazing STEM that is going on in our area.
Ask questions and find out how they are supporting local schools, and how the curriculum links to their real-world business.
This session is for KS3-KS5 teachers. There will be signposting to resources, an overview of the new WRIGHT SITE CHALLENGE and also opportunity for Q&A and to find out what else the Eric Wright and STEM Ambassadors can offer to schools to support STEM enrichment, Gatsby and the curriculum.
The session will be hosted by STEMFirst using the ZOOM platform.
