Outcomes
Sessions will include:
- Laboratory based sessions looking at low-cost, high impact practical activities for students
- Developing enquiry skills across the sciences - so students can expand their skills wider than one subject
- Visits to high-end research establishments, with discussions with early-career researchers within the University of York
- Exploration of high-quality resources, building own package digitally to use in home country
- Engaging with industry: how the UK has used the STEM Ambassador programme to support schools, teachers and students
- Identification of good practice in STEM Clubs and access to appropriate resources
