Summary
Effective teaching of primary science is central to developing children's ideas, skills, knowledge and understanding in science.
Northern Lights Science Learning Partnership is working in collaboration with Exceed in Bradford Teaching School Alliance to offer a whole-school package of support for science.
Teachers from all years in Key Stage 1 and 2 can attend a session which focuses on their year group, giving a whole-school CPD opportunity to build confidence and expertise across the school.
Each session will last for 1 hour from 4-5pm - please book all sessions individually.
Outcomes
You will be able to:
- gain confidence in your subject knowledge and understanding
- identify and challenge misconceptions
- plan a meaningful curriculum which supports progression and deepens understanding
