Consider how the process of assessment can be improved by paying attention to its constituent parts. This discussion will explore the key concepts of fairness and bias, validity, error of measurement, pupil progress over time and the quantity of data required by Science teachers to inform TAGs, for the summer 2021 GCSE grades.
