Summary
Online, self-paced course. Primary school science teaching often involves sparking students’ imagination through practical activities. This online course explores the basics of online and offline teaching strategies for supporting learning at home and at a distance. You’ll consider the role of parents, home learning environments as well as how to keep up with practical science activities.
You’ll draw upon the resources you already have, use a variety of asynchronous teaching and learning tools, and design teaching sequences.

- identify primary science activities that can be undertaken at home.
