Summary
Are you worried about the affect COVID has on science teaching and learning in your school? Are you able to identify the areas that need the most attention? Are you unsure of the best way to support your teachers? Do you have the tools to get science back on track after all the missed learning opportunities? This Science SL specific training will help you ‘recover and revamp’ the science in your school and provide you with ideas of how tosupport your class teachers post COVID. Along the way it will share new ideas and ways to teach that you can share with your staff. This course is designed to support you in your role as Science Subject Leaders so that you can in turn support staff and together get science back on track.

Outcomes
As a result of this course, you will be able to:
• Identify gaps in learning and create ways to fill them.• Discover new and creative ways to recover and revamp your school’s science and make it relevant and enjoyable for your pupils.• Track and assess children’s progression throughout the school.
