Sussex RQT Network RM298 / D28
Summary
The network aims to build on the foundations of their NQT year, supporting RQTs with further professional development and helping you navigate through a very different teaching experience under COVID restrictions. As well as equipping you for the new demands as an RQT, the network will develop your potential as leaders as well as extend your subject specific pedagogy, looking at the latest innovations in teaching and learning based on current research
This is a supportive network, offering advice, encouragement and a group of RQT’s to share your experiences with during the ups and downs of your first few years
The lead teacher for the network is Andy Latham, Head of Science at Dorothy Stringer School, Brighton, a teacher for 25 years and an enthusiast for the art of teaching and learning
