Gain inspiration, ideas and practical tips to help you make a successful (science) grant application for your school.
In the current situation of budgets being reduced, schools not getting as much financial help, grants can really make a difference. From running a one-off event such as an astronomy evening to wowing your own students with extracurricular experiments to entice them into the world of Science and other STEM subjects, this session will provide help and advice to enable you to make a successful grant application.
As a Technician you really can make a difference to your school when applying for grants and looking at other ways to bring in a little bit more funding!

- Develop your understanding of information required for a successful application, wording and plans that work
- Explore approaches, do’s and don’ts with applications
- Receive copies of successful grant applications, lists of funding sources
