Summary
Using Ofsted’s 3Is (Intent, Implementation and Impact) as a foundation, you will explore what the latest framework means for Subject Leaders in terms of curriculum leadership, and showing your department at its best during inspection. Critically, you will also consider the extent to which your curriculum progressively develops science understanding and skills throughout KS3-4, and learn about practical ways to make this more effective.

By the end of this course you will be able to:
- Meet the curriculum-related expectations of Ofsted
- Build and refine a progression model for skills, knowledge and understanding
- Develop a curriculum that works for your KS3 and KS4 pupils, and your whole department
