Primary governors: Raising the profile of STEM in your school NR001 / A20

Start date
30 Nov 20
Duration
2 Hours
Learning Method
Remote Delivered CPD

Summary

The role of governors in providing support and challenge to senior leaders is more important now than it ever has been. Schools are currently facing a great deal of uncertainty and their success in navigating through this period depends on strong and informed leadership.

The course will equip school governors with the skills and understanding they need in order to provide appropriate challenge to subject and senior leaders around the intent, implementation and impact of their STEM curriculum. You will also look more widely at how, as a governor, you can support the development of positive attitudes towards STEM education through non-curriculum based approaches, such as science capital.

Group booking discounts are available on many of our courses. Please contact us for further information.
