This course is designed so that you will be able to teach pre-GCSE level science confidently whilst developing a repertoire of practical activities and embed working scientifically in your everyday teaching.
You will be able to:
- improve your confidence and competence in teaching biology, chemistry and physics
- plan for inclusion of working scientifically
- identify opportunities to develop practical science skills in lessons

This course will consist of remote sessions in the Autumn term followed by face to face sessions in January. Should government guidelines prevent face to face session from going ahead, we will liaise with participants to ensure a suitable remote based alternative is provided.

Participants from outside the UK will be charged the course fee and an additional £120 per day plus VAT.
Our remote CPD courses for teachers are delivered across a series of sessions run at specific times and dates. Information on all course sessions can be found under the description of each course. To complete a course, all sessions are mandatory.
