Leading and developing excellence in upper KS2 primary science NY057 / A20
Summary
If you teach year 5 or 6, this course will give you the know-how to plan a successful curriculum, help you feel more confident in your science knowledge, and teach you how to get those outstanding results, whilst meeting the needs of each pupil and your school.
You will spend two days exploring ways of bringing the upper KS2 curriculum to life through practical lessons and have the opportunity to bring your own ideas to try out and discuss in a safe, supportive environment away from the daily routine of school life.
This course will be delivered remotely on the days and times detailed below. To participate in full, you will need to ensure you have dedicated time away from the classroom, as you would if this were a face to face course. We will take regular breaks and structure the content so that it is interactive and impactful.
You must attend all sessions in order to receive the bursary, and sessions will not be recorded. For more information on remote delivery, please visit https://www.stem.org.uk/remote-courses-for-teachers"
