Summary

 

This course is designed to help you think outside of the box about how children record their science learning . Building on the use of working scientifically skills within the classroom we will look at different ways of recording the desired outcome of the lesson to ensure that investigative skills and embedding of knowledge are at the forefront of every lesson. 

Get ready to return to the classroom by gaining the tools and confidence to plan and enable effective learning for your pupils. You will explore ways to bring the KS2 curriculum to life through practical ideas and discussion tasks, as well as how to effectively develop a strategy for dealing with common misconceptions.

Participants will be able to:

incorporate children’s ideas into science lessons
plan for science with a creative approach
evaluate creative approaches to recording ideas
