Summary

 

Following the webinar in June that identified some of the issues facing NQTs this year, and the unique challenges they face due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, this session will look at practical strategies that can be put in place ahead of the start of the NQT year. This session will look at how the evidence on how to support early career teachers to develop and fulfil their potential can be implemented.

The session is aimed at both NQTs and their mentors, and is the first session in a year-long network to support Science NQTs.
