This activity is open to Aspire to STEM participating schools. Those eligible schools will be notified.
Outcomes
At the meeting we will be looking at STEM Clubs - setting up a club and sharing best practice.
James Sampson will be bringing a long the new Battery in Box activities that he has been developing with the Faraday Society. He will run through some of the activities, that are suitable to KS2 and KS3 students. He will provide you with a bit of background and show how the activivites also fit in with the wider topical agenda of climate change and electrification. James has also good links with several businesses in the North East that are currently developing new types of batteries and other things such as electric cars.
