Summary
This session has been designed to support governors in primary, secondary and FE colleges to ensure curriculum delivery is linked to local labour market information which will provide students with skills required for successful future employment.
Outcomes
You will have a greater understanding of what the STEM agenda is and an understanding of how you can support your school\college in embedding STEM successfully into their curriculum.
You will have an opportunity to reflect on current STEM/careers provision within your own school and have a range of strategies to take away on how you can enhance this provision.
You will have an understanding of what cultural capital is and how you can support this in your school
