Summary

 

Our primary conferences always provide outstanding learning opportunities linked to topical developments in primary science teaching along side time to talk and share ideas with other primary practitioners. Please see each entry for more detail of the focus in your locality.

 

Sarah Earle will deliver the keynote address- Working Scientifically: Assessment in Practice

 

Sarah Earle leads the Teacher Assessment in Primary Science (TAPS) project at Bath Spa University. During her 13 years teaching in primary schools she was Assessment coordinator and Science Subject Leader.  She has delivered a range of assessment and science CPD courses and has been a Senior Lecturer for Primary PGCE since 2012. She is also a Primary Science Quality Mark hubleader and Reviews Editor for the Association of Science Education’s Primary Science journal.

 

Other workshops to include: Progression in physics, Progression in Biology, Progression in Chemistry, Curriculum Design - the 3Is in practice, Progression of maths through science.
