Summary
This course focuses on providing a science curriculum which will help raise attainment not only in mathematics and English but across the curriculum.
Outcomes
You will be able to:
- gain awareness of the nature and breadth of opportunities for using science as a vehicle to enhance learning in English and mathematics
- develop strategies for raising attainment in mathematics and English through a skills based science curriculum,
- identify progression in the core subjects
- plan science activities which develop skills in the foundation subjects in a meaningful way
