EDF Energy Primary Science: Understanding Electricity RE198 / G06
Summary
This course will enable participants who might be Year 4 or Year 6 teachers or Science subject leaders to have a greater understanding of electricity.
You will be given a tour of the site and undertake a practical workshops using activities that work with children when teaching electrical circuits. You will also leave with an electric kit that will enable you to teach science in the classroom using the methods and activities you will learn on the day.
Outcomes
We can develop an affordable bespoke CPD event which is delivered locally to you for:
- individuals such as: subject leaders, coordinators, heads of departments
- a team/whole department
- a network of schools/groups
- multi-academy trusts
- initial teacher education
