Summary
Join the West Midlands STEM Ambassador Hub Team to find out effective STEM Enrichment and Engagement strategies for your school. You will be introduced to a wealth of resources, ideas, activities and competitions that can raise the profile of STEM subjects in your school. For example we will look at how to run a STEM Club, ideas for Science Week and embedding STEM in whole school activities.
Outcomes
You will be able to:
- improve your understanding of the range of career options open to students of STEM subjects
- explore a range of resources which can support teachers in highlighting STEM career pathways
- develop ways of signposting career options in your teaching
