Participants will be able to:
• Develop engaging practical activities using different starting points
• Identify which areas of working scientifically can be developed from these activities
• Use stories and poems as starting points for engaging practical activities
• Develop a programme of home school activities to extend children’s experience of science and engage the family

British Science Week runs from 9th to the 19th March, and is a ten-day celebration of science, technology, engineering and maths, featuring entertaining and engaging events and activities across the UK for people of all ages.
