Summary

Looking to improve students’ performance? This CPD will enable you to consider a range of key strategies to help you achieve this in your science department. It has been designed for science departments and teachers that have little experience in delivering triple science courses. It would also be useful to attend if you are a new member of staff in a department that delivers triple science or your staff have found the change to current GCSE specifications challenging.

Outcomes

You will be able to:

  • explore strategies for developing mathematical, learning and revision skills with students
  • investigate the new assessment demands in triple science such as controlled assessments and extended writing
